Programs and WOrkshops

We offer a variety of programs to meet the needs of your school or organization. From single workshops to multi-series afterschool programs, we'll work with your team to customize the perfect program based on your space, venue, time frame and budget. 

Looking for a creative way to entertain your guests? A Fit Esteem Kids workshop will have your kids singing, creating and jumping for joy. They'll even have the opportunity to pose with their favorite Fit Esteem Kid (cardboard cutout.)

Enjoy the Fit Esteem Kids virtually and online via our digital downloads.  From ebooks and activity books to flashcards and exercise guidelines, we're excited to make these available to you.  Be sure to follow us and join our mailing list for updates.

Our special self-led, home-based programs are available to supplement our school and community-based workshops.  These are specifically designed for the entire family including parents, extended kin and grands.
