Programs and Workshops

We offer a variety of programs to meet the needs of your school, including curricula, single workshops, assemblies, and multi-series afterschool programs. We'll work with your administration to customize the perfect program based on your space, timeframe and budget. Our work has already reached hundreds of elementary-age students. Programming for older students is available through our parent company, Fit Esteem, LLC.

Fit Esteem Kids partners with churches, corporations, and nonprofits to bring healthy-lifestyle programming to family events, camps, community wellness days, and organization-sponsored activities for kids. We'll work with you to customize the perfect format to suit your space, timeframe, and budget.

Looking for a creative way to liven up your celebration? Invite the Fit Esteem Kids! Your little guests will sing, create, jump for joy, and pose for photos with their favorite Fit Esteem Kid (cardboard cutout). We'll work with you to plan the perfect activities for any occasion. Arts-crafting and story time add-ons are available.

Enjoy Fit Esteem Kids from the comfort of your home. Our self-led, home-based programs are designed to supplement our school and community-based workshops. Customized coaching programs and support services for the entire family, including grands and extended kin, are also available. 

We design school-based and community-based programs that promote physical activity, healthy eating and healthy lifestyle habits, socioemotional skill development, and social connectedness in children from Pre-K through 5th grade.

Every workshop is designed so that participants of all ability and developmental levels can fully participate. Our programs complement general education programs, inclusion, and special education or enrichment settings alike.

Our programs are customizable, ranging from stand-alone workshops to multi-series programs, and available for special events and afterschool programs.
